These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and to any purchase you make from Fuzziva ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

Using our store

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you order, and not to use the store for any unlawful purpose.

Products and descriptions

We try to show our products, colors and sizes as accurately as possible, but screens vary and we cannot guarantee that your display shows them exactly. Please check the size guide and choose the size that matches your dog's weight. We may update products, prices or descriptions at any time without notice.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Payment is taken when you place your order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by an error, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or refuse any order, and we may limit quantities. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is accepted. Orders are fulfilled by third-party fulfillment partners.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping and delivery are covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

Safe use of the product

Our drying bag is designed for use with a hair dryer on low heat only. Always stay close to your dog, never leave your dog unattended while drying, stop using the product if your dog shows signs of distress or overheating, and do not cover your dog's nose or face. Do not use the product on injured, sick or heat-sensitive animals without asking your vet first. You use the product at your own risk and are responsible for supervising your pet at all times.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Fuzziva or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fuzziva is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website, including injury to pets or property caused by misuse. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify, and orders are fulfilled and shipped by third parties. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites or services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its "Last updated" date, is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
